With the pilot holes marked, use a drill (e.g., RYOBI) with an appropriate drill bit to create pilot holes into the center of the studs. The video shows a person wearing safety glasses while drilling, which is important for eye protection. Once the pilot holes are drilled to the correct depth, position the TV wall mount bracket against the wall, aligning its screw holes with the freshly drilled pilot holes. Then, use the drill to drive the mounting screws (typically lag bolts provided with the mount) securely into the pilot holes. Tighten them firmly but avoid over-tightening to prevent stripping the wood or damaging the wall.
