Remove Old Tub Spout

What happens here

Grasp the old tub spout firmly and attempt to twist it counter-clockwise. Some spouts are threaded directly onto the pipe, while others may be secured with a set screw at the bottom. In this case, the spout twists directly off. Be prepared for some water drainage from the pipe once the spout is removed.

Goal: Remove the existing tub spout by twisting it off from the copper pipe connection.
