First, plug in the airless sprayer. Locate the on/off switch, the pressure valve, and the prime knob. The prime knob typically has a small hose attached. Place both the prime hose and the main paint uptake hose (the larger hose that draws paint into the sprayer) into one of the designated clean water buckets. Turn the sprayer on using the on/off switch and set the pressure valve to a low position. Hold the prime knob firmly to avoid accidental spray and turn it to the 'prime' position. Allow the sprayer to run until clean water consistently exits the prime tube, indicating that all air has been purged from the system. Once water flows steadily, flip the prime switch up to the 'spray' position.

keeps it stable. And we start off by uh we got our sprayer already plugged in. We got a on the Titan Titan 440i, we've got an onoff valve or uh switch. We've got the pressure valve right here. And then on the side that has a small hose coming out is the um prime knob. And this is what purges all the air out of the line because this is an airless sprayer. And to start off, we'll have the prime hose in the water and the paint hose. This is what um uptakes your paint um to get it into the sprayer. We put both of those into clean water. When you hit the prime, a lot of pressure could cause it to shoot up in the air. Turn it on. Let it completely run till water starts coming out of this prime tube. Once you see water coming out, flip the prime switch up. And then the sprayer is purged of all air. Run water through it. Purge the air out.
