Built-In Camping Grill with Cooler Cart

What happens here

Utilize the previously assembled L-shaped corner brackets and the prepared side panels. Apply wood glue to the joining surfaces and secure the side panels to the corner brackets using 1-1/4 inch screws and a cordless drill. This process forms the main wooden enclosure for the cooler. If any panel is slightly too long, use a table saw to carefully trim it to the correct length for a perfect fit.

Goal: Construct the main wooden enclosure that will house the cooler.

found that going over all the edges with a 3/8 round over bit gave it a really nice clean look once I was ready I then used a little bit of wood glue and some screws our inch and a quarter long and I started assembling each side panel at a time and really started watching this project come to life now based off of my clue dimensions the last and final panel was an inch and a half too long so I just brought the entire project to my table saw and just trimmed it right off now for the bottom part of this cooler stand I needed something that would not allow
