Dry and Vacuum Carpet — Post-Cleaning Vacuum
Part of project
Carpet Cleaning · Step 9 of 9
In this video
Once you have scrubbed all the stained and dirty areas, allow the carpet to air dry completely. This step is essential; sufficient drying time prevents potential issues like mold, mildew, or a lingering damp smell. Depending on room ventilation and humidity levels, drying can take several hours. Once the carpet is thoroughly dry, use a vacuum cleaner to thoroughly vacuum the entire carpet. This final pass will remove all the dried baking soda, any remaining loosened dirt, and other residues, leaving your carpet deep-cleaned and refreshed.
