Before planting, place the potted plants or scatter the seeds across the prepared bed to visualize the layout and spacing. For potted plants, arrange them at their final intended locations. For seeds, you can use a temporary pattern to ensure even distribution. This step allows for adjustments before any permanent planting occurs.
