Step 6 · Fasten Molding with Nails

Position the adhesive-coated crown molding against the wall and ceiling. Using a pneumatic nail gun or a hammer, drive finishing nails through the molding into the wall studs and ceiling joists. Aim to place nails about 16-24 inches apart. Ensure nails are driven flush or slightly countersunk into the molding. If using a hammer, be careful not to dent the molding.
