What happens here

This project details the process of milling hardwood logs (white oak, red oak, and ash) into lumber using a Wood-Mizer LT40 portable sawmill. The goal is to create 1.5-inch boards for raised garden beds and narrower boards for board-and-batten siding for a smokehouse, all from fallen trees on the farm. The video demonstrates the steps from log preparation to cutting finished lumber, emphasizing the value and sustainability of utilizing on-site resources.
