There’s Not Enough Room For This Build

What happens here

The presenter prepares for the arrival of the concrete pump truck, noting the challenging, narrow forest roads leading to the site. He uses a measuring tape to determine the length needed for water conduit, as a local water master will connect the water supply. He measures approximately 150 feet to the planned connection point. Soon after, a large MACK Capital concrete pump truck arrives, carefully navigating the driveway, which was intentionally made wider than standard 12-foot to accommodate such large equipment.

Goal: Prepare site access and measure for water line connection ahead of concrete pouring.

Tools and materials

honestly don't know how they're going to do this um they're the pros they're the experts I'm sure if there was any issues they would have uh let me know when they were setting the rebar but uh here goes nothing for another adventure I'll be meeting with the uh the Water Master here to connect tap into the water that's around here the nice thing is we don't have to get a well but there's a blue marker right there which indicates there's a water line coming and running up and down the street it's kind of sucks cuz I have to pay 1300 bucks to connect the water and they do nothing they just tell me you can connect there and my plumber has to do the rest so I'm going to measure this driveway see how much conduit or pecs that he'll need they come in like 100 and 300t roll so we'll see how expensive this is going to get [Music] that's about 100 ft we got another probably 80 maybe 60 to go should have got the longer tape we're looking at 150 ft hopefully he won't have to charge me for a 300t roll but that sounds something I could avoid at this point I think I hear the cement truck [Music] I'm so glad we made this driveway wide enough originally I was like oh let's just do the classic 12 ft but we really needed this extra room especially if we got to get our so symetric in [Music] here you would have to come out this way go back around exactly exactly yeah your guy would only have trouble making that turn see that's what you came out of that's F that's a sharp turn all right so uh again tight spot here for the most easy access with both trucks we're going to have them go on the other side of the road there it's nice cuz they can both pull up back to back to each other only problem is is reaching the very back part here but the concrete guys can always push that stuff out to let it flow further out um I'm just glad we're not getting anybody stuck and everybody can fit through here so he's a pretty damnn good driver I mean
