I Built A Gaming Bunk Bed For My Kids

What happens here

Examine a rough sketch of the bunk bed design, noting the dimensions for twin-sized mattresses (39x75 inches) and adding 1.5 inches to each side to account for material thickness (MDF or plywood). This will ensure the mattresses fit properly within the finished frame. Using a miter saw in the garage workshop, cut 2x4s and 2x6s according to the design plan for the main structural components.

Goal: Review the detailed sketch of the bunk bed structure, taking into account mattress dimensions and material thickness, then cut 2x4s and 2x6s to size for the main framing.
