What happens here
The installation begins by moving the base cabinet units into the designated mudroom nook. The creator removes the existing baseboards in the nook to ensure a flush fit for the mudroom unit. He uses Milescraft KneeBlades for comfort and mobility while working on his knees. Once the base is flush, shims are used to level the base cabinets. The individual base units are then secured to each other and the wall using screws, creating a stable foundation. A live-edge walnut butcher block slab is carefully placed and secured on top of the base cabinets to form the bench seating.
Goal: Install base cabinets and butcher block bench in the mudroom nook
