COOKING WITH CAST IRON!! EVERYTHING YA EVER WANTED TO KNOW...SEASONING/CARING FOR CAST IRON COOKWARE

What happens here

Once the water is steaming, carefully remove the pan from the stove and pour out the dirty water. Using a non-abrasive brush (like a dish brush with plastic bristles), scrub the inside of the pan in a circular motion to remove any remaining food particles. Rinse the pan thoroughly with warm water to clear away all residue.

Goal: Remove remaining food residue and rinse the pan.
