Building a Bonus Room + SOUNDPROOF WALLS || Concrete Slab House Reno (Ep.11)

What happens here

After the texture has dried, the walls are primed and then painted. Primer is applied first to ensure proper adhesion of the paint and to block the paint from being absorbed too deeply into the joint compound and drywall, resulting in a more uniform finish. A roller with an extension pole is used for broad areas, while a brush is used for cutting in corners and edges. Finally, two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select paint are applied for the final aesthetic finish.

[Music] it's floated perfectly it's textured great you never really know if you had too much or too little texture until it actually dries i feel comfortable with this now we're going to paint and primer primer's important because then it blocks the the the paint from getting absorbed too far into it we'll put a coat of primer we'll throw some paint on there and this puppy will be ready to go
