Remove Remaining Locking Components

What happens here

After removing the main valve body and the O-ring, there might be additional plastic locking rings or sleeves still gripping the CPVC pipe. Use a utility knife to score or divide these remaining pieces. Then, use pliers or snips to carefully cut and break away these plastic components from around the pipe. Exercise caution not to damage the underlying CPVC pipe during this process.

Goal: Carefully remove any remaining plastic rings or sleeves from the pipe using a knife and pliers.
