Pry and Remove Valve Pieces

What happens here

Once the cuts are made, insert a screwdriver into the angled cuts and gently twist to pry apart the plastic valve body. The valve is designed to break at these stress points. Remove the main part of the valve, which should separate, leaving the internal locking ring and O-ring exposed. Use the screwdriver to carefully dislodge and remove the internal O-ring and any remaining pieces of the valve's locking mechanism.

Goal: Use a screwdriver to pry open the cut sections of the valve and remove the internal locking ring and O-ring.
