Abandoned House FINAL HOUSE TOUR!
What happens here
The original backyard was neglected, overgrown with weeds, and filled with old equipment. The renovation created a highly functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor entertainment area. A large paver patio was installed, extending from the back of the house, offering a comfortable and easy-to-maintain surface. A custom-built 10ft x 20ft pergola provides shade and a focal point for outdoor furniture. Built-in planter boxes with corrugated metal accents were strategically placed, adding greenery and defining spaces. An oval-shaped, low-maintenance rock landscape with evergreen plants was designed, including a built-in fire pit area. A hot tub was added to one side of the patio, further enhancing relaxation and entertainment options. The use of different paver types and a well-designed layout created dimension and visual interest.
Goal: The overgrown and cluttered backyard was transformed into an inviting outdoor living space with a large paver patio, pergola, built-in planters, fire pit, and a hot tub.
