3 Ways to Build Floating Shelves
What happens here
Once the stained wood and painted hardware are dry, it's time to install the shelf. Use a tape measure and a pencil to mark the desired height for the shelf. Locate the wall studs using a stud finder and mark their positions. Attach the pipe flanges to the wall studs using a drill and appropriate screws. Use a level to ensure the flanges are perfectly horizontal. Once the flanges are securely mounted, attach the nipple adapters and caps to them. Finally, slide the stained wooden shelf onto the pipe supports, ensuring it sits securely and is centered.
Goal: Securely install the beginner floating shelf on the wall.
