Identify the Problem and Gather Parts

Hey folks, that thinks a guy here, three-piece shower valve, not my friend. Price fister, they make a pretty decent three-piece shower valve, but it is not diverting water the way that it should. That means that middle handle is not allowing the water to fully go up to the shower head. We'll get that hooked up today. So come along. Let's get to fixing. Okay, so this is a three-handle price fister faucet, right? Hot, cold, this is your diverter. The diverter actually doesn't have a handle on it right now, we're trying to locate some of those. If you guys know where we can get those, let me know, because I've been looking everywhere. I don't have a clue. But this is the problem we have. When you turn on the water and you go ahead and you turn the diver on, well, the diverter works. You get shower over here, but water still comes out right here, all right? So we're needing to fix that. We are going to go ahead, we're going to pull this apart, and I'm actually going to show you how to rebuild that diverter. I got this little repair kit right here. You can see it's a price fister tub shower diverter stem repair kit. It comes with all the washers, the O-rings, the screw, and even comes with a new seat. So I'm going to show you how to take the seat out. I'm going to show you how to rebuild the whole stem, and hopefully we don't have to buy a new stem.
