Using a Phillips head screwdriver, carefully hand-tighten the smaller screws (intended for the door) into the pilot holes to attach the new hinges to the cabinet door. It is highly recommended to avoid using a cordless drill for this step, as it can easily strip the pilot holes or damage the wood, leading to a longer and more complex repair.
