Step 8 · Check Drive Mechanism (Chain, Belt, or Screw)

Examine the chain, belt, or screw drive that moves the trolley along the opener rail. Look for loose connections, worn teeth (on belts or chains), or any foreign objects caught in the mechanism. If the drive mechanism appears damaged or excessively worn, it may need replacement.
