Traeger Brisket of Champions! Awesome 24 Hour Mouth Watering Cook!

What happens here

Approximately 4 hours into the cook (around 11 PM if starting in the morning), check the brisket. Place an aluminum pan filled with water on the upper rack of the Traeger grill, above the brisket. This helps maintain moisture in the cooking chamber. Then, using the glass spray bottle, generously mist the entire surface of the brisket with the prepared spray mix. The goal is to moisten the bark and infuse more flavor. Periodically re-spray the brisket every 2 waking hours to keep it moist during the long smoking period. Monitor the internal temperature using the Traeger app, aiming for 165°F before the next phase.

Goal: Maintain moisture and enhance flavor of the brisket during the initial smoking phase.
