Inspect and Clean Air Filters

What happens here

Locate the air filter housing. Loosen the clips or fasteners holding the cover in place and remove the main air filter element. Inspect the element for dirt, debris, or damage. Replace it if it's dirty or damaged. Also, remove the pre-filter element located inside the housing (often secured by a wing nut) and inspect it. Clean or replace the pre-filter as needed. Reassemble the air filter system.
