What happens here

The speaker introduces himself and prepares to share a personal story about a baby goat named Frankie. He explains that his wife discovered Frankie, a two-week-old goat, with its head twisted and body entangled in their electric poultry netting fence. He clarifies that the electric fence was not powered on at the time, to avoid shocking the young animals.
