CRASH FOOTAGE...WE HIRED A PRO TO CLIMB UP AND GET IT!!

hey guys this is Josh Stoney Ridge farmer and this is how to get your drone out of a tree with it with a not a monkey with a guy that can climb like a monkey this is gonna be a good time folks this video was filmed while we were working on our hog while we're doing our hog processing video I have my drone cruising over watching us while we were working and I cruised it over at about 45 miles an hour into the tree and we'll jump right in to where I got a guy that comes and it climbs trees to come up there and rescue my drone from about I don't know somewhere in a neighborhood of 60 feet up in the tree maybe even a little bit higher you may hear some exaggerations in this but we had a little bit of fun climbing up there in my DJI Mavic Pro is completely squashed done so we got to buy a new drone that's alright though sometimes farming's failing all right come on long we'll have some fun whoa Starly [Music] guy that lives here in town that is a tree climber and he's going to come out and climb this tree it's about 60 feet up in that tree he's gonna climb up there and pull my drone down he'll be pretty fun to watch anyway let me show you how far up in this tree it is so right up in there about Oh 60 feet up in there there's a DJI maverick Pro now this guy's name is Mike and it's Mike in it David this guy's name is David and he's known locally as the monkey the tree monkey he can climb any tree I'm lying his name is David though let's check it out so this is David he's going to go up the tree this guy's a pro climber he's done tree work for most of his life I guess how many years he done tree work about twelve years okay so he used to be a big mountain biker back in the day when I used to be a big mountain biker and he's gonna rescue my drone and this is not your first drone rescue no so not his first drone rescue and also not his first Josh rescue he reminded me of a time back I guess about ten years ago I was working on a rental property that I had here in town well he happened to be riding by as the ladder fell off the tree that I was up in cutting limbs out of and he saved my butt so second time this guy saved my butt let's watch him go up the tree well it's not over with yet and once they I saved your butt until I get it down I'm not cutting the tree it's probably a little more difficult to get up through there so I'm at break some branches yeah we got to do man so he's right up here and the DJI maverick pro is somewhere in this vicinity right here we're almost there you see it up there yeah how about eight feet away from you right on so the biggest most expensive thing to protect on that thing is that stupid little camera on the front it might be knocked off already that's the $300 fix folks I think this guy could start a company rescuing drones look how far up he is in that tree he's way up here in this tree man I wouldn't want to do that I'm just tired right all right there he is guys a true drone rescuer I think if he didn't have a drone himself he might not feel so bad for me I got it you got it one of your props is missing junior prom that's cool with me man look is that camera still on there did it looks like he's coming down guys babe I can't say how much death thank you he's coming down with it your own nice safe she's looking like man trouble there's one right there that's so what do you mean yeah Burkhardt can you replace that you see that arm can be replaced I can just order a new arm that's girls hell yeah so the biggest thing is the can camera right there what's the UM how much how long did it fly hundred seven minutes that's pretty good yeah so folks we got a little damage on the drone took one of these ends off of it we've lost a motor up there somewhere or maybe it's down here somewhere but the gimbal was okay got a rope coming down I'm gonna hit myself in the head but that's how you rescue a drone from a tree with a guy that knows what he's doing awesome guys come on back and see me on the standing ridge farm we'll have more good farm drama with the drone [Music] here at sweet that's way supposed to be stone Tyrion Oh
