hey folks it's josh stoneybridge farmer welcome to the farm vlog today got a few things we want to do today but really today is all about paying it forward okay so the man that sold me this truck the hundred dollar pickup truck I'm gonna go today and I've already paid it forward to them a little bit I got sent a heater by a company called new air it's a little space heater probably this big that goes in your garage or your shop and it heats up to 500 square feet well I gave it to him he was already talking about putting a heater in his shop so I'll let him have it and he just installed it and we're gonna go up there and see if it's worth a crap or if it's not so come on along today we'll show you some new tools new toys here on the farm and we got to go take care of the chickens cuz they don't have any water so let's get busy with our day I have a little bit of fun and pay it forward do something good for somebody awesome come on with me we'll check that heater out I got a new toy here something I think everybody needs my first one it's a laser I'll tell you about it in a minute let's go let's go have some fun books in case you're wondering how they go 100 our trucks running we're taking her out for a drive today she's doing great that starter issue that we had going on seems to be solved and she's just chucking along great so I got to give these chickens a little bit of water they're a little bit irritated at me folks a new toy slash tool I got is an infrared thermometer okay so basically you take this little guy and you pull the trigger and it turns it on and pull the trigger and it tells the temperature of whatever the surface of what you're looking at is so it's 29 degrees right there on the side of the old Branko 31 degrees so just for fun I've been playing with this thing for like days by the way like checking my mouth temperature 79 degrees anyway been playing with this thing for days and shooting in the shade verses in the Sun is something pretty amazing to me watch so I'm gonna shoot over here on the tractor in the shade on the ground twenty five point seven degrees I'm going to shoot in this spreader in the sunlight 66 degrees what an amazing difference in temperature from where the Sun is hitting to where the sun's not hitting interesting let's go up and talk to Mike check out that heater tell you what it's warm in this old truck here let's see 64 degrees in the truck it's toasty in here it's been chilly out for the last couple days guys we got a nice warm spell and then it just dropped off chilly all of a sudden again now we're cruising down my neighbor's driveway here this thing is long we live in the country it sure is nice if you watch the blog where I went and bought this truck for a hundred bucks mike has a beautiful view off the top of this mountain he lives on up here I'll post a link right there to the first video with this old hundred dollar truck if you don't know about it we bought this truck from a neighbor Mike which basically he kind of almost gave it to me for a hundred bucks what a great deal it's a 78 Ford and today and many other days in their future we'll be paying it forward to Mike Mike's a great guy great person to have as a neighbor and you know you got to take care of people like that it's kind of nice it's nice to have somebody around like that so let's go pay it forward folks while we're up here at Mike's checking out the heater and doing a little review on the heater one that talked to you about something cool that mike is breaking out over here he's breaking out all of these hammers have you ever seen a hammer like this he said it's for driving down Pistons in a engine never seen anything like it before you ever seen a hammer like that this is an old framing hammer like they use on oil rigs he said when they made the old wooden oil rigs they would use the hammer to build a framework and then sometimes I would have to get in there and chop and pull nails they'd have to get in and chop out spots in order for Forge to fit in so that's what that is look at the handle on this thing and really took some pride in that I don't know what kind of hammer you call that guys call that it's a hammer with a pointy end guys post some comments down there tell me what kind of hammer that is what's that made for the red-handled hammer tell me what that one's for and then there's one more well there's two more that are actually a mystery we think this is for packing tacking for upholstery so not automotive but like for furniture packing upholstery in what does it say there's a sticker on here CS osborne and company these are old hammers never seen anything like it before and one last hammer yes we have absolutely no clue what the heck kind of hammer is that what's that for it's got a pinpoint tip on it and ones curved one way and one that's curved the other way so guys let me know what you think the red-handle hammer is called what's it for and what's the wooden-handled hammer I don't know what what you'd call that the wavy hammer what what's that for anybody knows Oh something down there tell me about it I don't know I thought hammers were for driving nails learn something every day teach me guys teach me now let's talk about this heater so we've got our little temperature sensor here so Mike's at it going since about 9:15 this morning and it's cozy in here let's see I wish I could just shoot the air the ambient air but let's just shoot something here fifty two point eight degrees and outside it's in the 20s so let's check out the heater this is the little heater and I thought it would have been bigger it heats 500 square feet and it heats it really good it's it's not as big as I thought it would be in my hands about eight inches so you can judge off of that it's probably about twelve by ten something like that so it doesn't take up a whole lot of space it runs on 220 volts and it's by new air okay I'll post a link down in the description this company contacted me out of the blue they watch one of my videos and said man I see you struggling with that wood stove and smoking up your shop would you like to have one of our heaters sure yeah I'd like to have one well just do a review on it give an honest review and we'll send you one cool they also sent me a beer fridge not a beer fridge a beverage fridge a beer fridge without further ado let's see how hot this thing is woo 434 degrees that thing is breaking out some people mike has had this thing installed for about a week now been trying to get up here and check it out and really does a job so Mike and I are both about six foot four to six foot six big tall guys here so it's hard to get us all on the camera thank goodness this thing is mounted on the ceiling so Mike is the one that sold me he's my neighbor he's the guy that sold me the hundred dollar truck now we all know that truck is worth way more than 100 bucks but Mike knows I'm gonna pay it forward a hundred times to him so it was a good move on his part and an awesome move for us here on the channel Mike are you happy with the here that's great I mean as cold as it's been here we can flip the heater on and go get a cup of coffee come back and they cold us out of the place you don't need gloves you can work in the shop it's been one go it's roasting my head right now so it's really really warm 445 degrees blowing off of that heater that's something to be said so anyhow guys this company offered me the heater why not pay it forward share it with a friend he gave me such a great deal on that truck and I'm really enjoying it there'll be a link down below to this new air heater it runs on 220 volt it might actually print it off some specs can you believe that called g73 said it must be installed more than 6 feet away from a door and three feet away from combustibles and there's a thermostat on the back of the unit so that's kind of cool and it says it heats up to 500 square feet so awesome awesome little heater if you put in the promo code Stoney Ridge Sto Andy why are idge Stoney Ridge you'll get a 20% discount on this thing from new air I'll post a link down below or you can go to the new air website and just go under heaters and I think it's his garage space heaters and it'll be right there anyway guys thought I'd get up this morning come let me see Mike do a little review this nice little heater pay it forward a little bit and treat her neighbor the way I'd like to be treated just like you did me so thanks Mike I appreciate it today is all about paying it forward thanks a lot guys come on back and see me here on the Stoney Ridge we'll have some more fun stuff it's freezing cold outside not a lot going on on the farm I thought we'd just go pay it forward today thanks a lot click that like button subscribe to the channel if you're not already subscribed all right bring-bring [Music] here in sweet that's way supposed to be stone Tyrion [Music]
