Testing TORO'S CLAIMS! Can the Zmaster 4000 mower do what they say.

so here's the situation you guys I've been coming to this gas station for years and I've gotten to know the owner pretty well his name is Ali and we were just having a conversation like 15 minutes ago and he's 61 years old and he can't find anybody to help him work the gas station and he says to me Stanley he says you know when I was in my 50s I thought when I got a little bit older I was going to be able to slow down I was going to be able to maybe take it easy he says now I'm 61 years old and I'm working harder than I ever have in my life and I can't find anybody to help me with this place and I know that he's at his wits end and he doesn't have a big budget and so I'm going to go find out if uh maybe just maybe I can uh cut this lawn for him and maybe just help him out a little bit because he does all the work around here himself just just try to make ends meet all right let's go take a look at what we've going to be dealing with here it's not really too bad this is the first mow of the year it's a late year I don't know what it's been like for you guys but in Minnesota we didn't have spring it just went from Winter and then over the weekend it went to Summer knock oh there you are Oli how are you doing buddy good how are you good good to see thank you for letting me uh come out and play I'm going to be uh testing out a brand new lmore it's got 0.0 Z hours on it and uh I after I was talking to you today and you were telling me about you know 61 you wanted to work less you working harder than you've ever worked before and I'm like why the hell don't I just come on over here and mow your give you a hand that save me some money there yep yep if I can help out a friend I'm going to help him out so every day every time I come in here what's the thing you always say say to me Oli do you want a free donut every I said I told you before anytime you feel every time I'm here sometimes he makes me walk away with two free donuts so if you notice the dirt monkey's getting a little bigger well that's that's his fault right there you know I always have oh I could I should tell the company about those uh weeds the yellow ones the dandelion Escape what's that I have nature Escape they come like three times a year oh okay they spray them for you yeah but I have to call them back again okay well anyway yeah so you going to cut it now I'm going to go to cut it right now as long as you're good with it Ali I'm going to get where did you go up there I'm parked right there that's my truck I'm blocking the air filter thing so maybe I should move huh no when where where did you you I mean to start where do you to start from I'm going to start right in the front I'll get the front done and then I'll work my way up into the back and just try to figure out what where's yours my car is straight it's all of this here okay Ian if you if you have you want to do this for me how much charge me nothing nothing no it's a thank you well thank you God bless bless you God bless you man appreciate it thank you all right you guys today let's meet the tool that we're going to be using it's the Toro Z master 4,000 with the my ride suspension this mower has a 60-in deck and a 31 horsepower Kawasaki engine this mower also has the optional electric deck lift now this is a commercial grade Mower and Toro has done some pretty big bragging rights about this mower in fact I'm just going to redo their claim because we are going to be testing their claim hardcore on this lot here's their clean perfect one pass cutting with the Turbo Force cutting deck it has dual anti- scalp rollers and an offset 7even gauge steel deck to improve your cut performance now this is a thick green Lush untouched lawn and we're going to see how this mower does on its very first pass so let's get into this job right about [Music] now this mower let's talk about the my ride seat on this mower you guys have never never had an opportunity to try it out do it I didn't think much of it the very first time I seen it but I thought it's a game Cher after I actually used it the my ride seat is probably the nicest ride I've ever had on a mower and my Gravely Lawn Mower had an air ride suspension seat which was the bomb diggity but this my ride takes that to the very next level that night Toros a dump thing Toro AEL dump thing Toro also done something which I guess means dumb different with this Mower and they've created their own set of tires for it these are called voodu track tires this is a 26in tire with a fairly aggressive looking track tread pattern and an aggressive tread pattern in a tire usually means Turf tear but in this case it doesn't and this grass is pretty thick pretty wet and it's a tight enough lot that it's forcing me to do a lot more turns than what I would typically like to do on a larger yard now this mower also has a unique feature that I've never personally used before and that's an electric deck lift and lower built right into the hand grip meaning I can raise raise and lower my deck with the touch of a button right at my fingertips while I'm have my hands fully engaged onto the handlebars hand grips steering bars whatever you guys call them right there in front of me is where everything I need is let me show you how we raise and lower the deck right there that raises it just with your thumb you un lower it it's the same thing opposite [Music] side so raise it up jump the [Music] drop the deck down now we're mowing start I thought I'd give you guys a little sneak peek of a video well a future video so would that be a video cuz I'm putting I'm doing all this cool polish stuff where I combine words to save on time even though it takes me longer to explain what the word means than if I just said future video instead leaf blur on steroids with a nose of a it's like I got a snorkel nose like a weird tapier hippopotamus ele elephant thing I don't know here it is here's a sneak peek I'm done blathering so how does you tried this yet sit on it you got to give it a shot yeah my back hurts too bounce on the goodbye you lat um I would tell you there is a nicer ride in the industry right there got this one H what's that 14 for this one cheaper I'm I'm making a video on cutting the grass out here I'm testing this out hey have a good one sir is this thing still on it is well it wouldn't be a dirt Monkey video if we didn't make it dirty let's go well of course the clip the camera just randomly turns itself off right when I got into the good part Dan so it did it to me twice yesterday once over there right in the best part of the and once it's cut it's cut you know what I mean the grass is cut so now we're going to cut this one of you guys said something to me that rang a bell being able to cut tall grass is just simply uh shows power but being able to cut the GR grasp perfectly The First Time Shows productivity and that's what I really want to show in this mower is how well is this du the first time through some pretty gnarly conditions and that's up to you guys to decide I'm not going to tell you good bad or in between you guys tell me you seen that uh BP gas station how it did there and you're going to see this so you tell me how does this thing do I'm not sure what you guys think but to me this right here is the kind of test that matters this is thick dense wet grass and if I can get a good cut the first time it saves me from going over it a second or a third time which improves my productiv AC ity so you tell me good bad or in between where are we at with this more [Music] in there that's pure water I don't know if you can see that but as I was coming down and in and backing up and coming in she didn't skin nothing nothing up and she didn't spin out so uh we'll take a
