What happens here
This project demonstrates the efficient and ramp-free method of loading and unloading a Kubota SVL 75-2 skid steer onto a specialized tilt-deck trailer. It covers the use of the trailer's remote control for tilting, the process of driving the skid steer onto and off the trailer, adjusting its position for proper weight distribution, and securing it for transport using chain binders.

(5,502 characters)all right guys we're going to attempt to load this onto a trailer that has no ramps we'll see how this goes i'm going to be inside of the kubota and i'm going to use this remote and what this remote does it gives me control of the trailer so i can start it from here still cold didn't have the choke on anyway uh i can tip it up up down i mean that's down right now tip it up so i'm gonna tip it all the way up so the back of the ramp is uh touching the ground i'm not going to use the conveyor feature on this and then i'm going to when i'm once i'm in the machine as i crawl up i'm going to just try to lower it down we'll see how this goes actually i don't know never never attempted to load this trailer before in my life so green means go in the skid all right i got my button on the trigger reminds me of the old tilt deck trailer i grew up on 1966 trailer no brakes tilt deck she just slammed to the ground once he got over that once he got over that hump it was gravity down that feels weird but i'm supposing it's just a feeling and that was it okay that was fairly uneventful i think all right what you want me to come forward another foot all right just because you asked so nicely manners manners maketh man and that's all we got i got about three inches of space up in the front of this bucket but that's it so if this positioning doesn't work and i do if i need to slide it forward more what i'm going to end up doing thanks alex what i'm going to end up doing is switching it around and running it fast backwards and let's just turn it off oh that's pretty cool dude this thing i love this trailer i i i don't think you guys are going to get this trailer unless you guys are doing a pond build because i i mean i i freaking love this thing no ramps just tilt deck it and it was able to stay up in the air and yep yep just the remote so i'm in the i'm in the loader with the remote and as i'm uh driving up i just start tipping it down i grew up on a gravity fed tilt deck trailer so that was one of these trailers where i'll show these guys so it goes up like this and then once you get to that point down yeah that's what i thought it's just it's what one or the other what technology so that you are you saying the sure track wouldn't have done that huh so this is a new tipper technology this is this is it and this is the uh check out this chain binder johnny johnny rocket oh yeah you got the speed binders so to chain down here you take you pop them out yep and then that plate comes off and then when you're not using it you pop them back in and your trailer doesn't have any holes in it and i just already off yeah i popped them off already what's that that's cheating yes it is [Music] johnny are you jealous you want your own set no why not because you run out of battery they're useless uh they probably don't tighten up very good and you lose yeah you lose the knob you lose that and you're 100 correct on all of the above i've never got these to get as tight as i could do them by hand never not once [Music] yeah yeah this doesn't still loose yeah it still doesn't it's a real neat idea it is that's kind of cool are you guys all chained down with yours oh [Music] all right well we got the skid loader in okay but let's see how she comes out first off oh shoot first off we gotta start the trailer i gotta start the trailer zack [Applause] unloading the trailer is fairly easy except for the fact that you have zero clue when the back of the trailer finally touches ground you can't see anything from inside of the cab of the skid loader so you're kind of just guessing at some point that it's all already down and in contact with the ground and you're not just gonna flop off the back that's as easy as that now we'll clean it out and turn it off i think that might be the easiest trailer i've ever unloaded and it cleans itself when you're done hooked outside will ya all right we got a big tree to go push over so let's go see uh see what we're gonna be up against next all right so here's the situation we got my cabin here and the tree is basically over the top of it and that's not our tree so we're on the neighbor's property but i got permission from them to do it i mean they're older folk so they were happy to not have that liability so we're gonna try to get this to go right there right down that way then we got another one and another one to take down so i'm just gonna go give it a a little test run frankie i'm gonna be listening for you for guidance okay uh so i'm gonna but i'm gonna close my window just in case because i gotta make sure that this i think it's called a rocking chair i got him or something like that i got to make sure this bottom doesn't kick back and go go right into my cab and if i got a little bit of something in between me and not in the asb i know [Music] all right this is just a test push this is just to see i want to get a little bit all right guys in the very next video coming down the pipeline frankie and i have got a bunch of old dead trees that we've got to push over and one of the things that we were worried about happening actually does happen one of the trees snaps and the top falls back and directly onto the loader itself and we catch it on camera and we're going to show you that whole thing happen in live action on the very next video but that's all we got for you on this one so make sure you hit that subscribe button hit the thumbs up and god bless and go get them you guys we'll see you on the next one
