(11,782 characters)all right frankie what i'm going to show you took me two years to figure out and i contacted at least three four companies and i was rejected none of them wanted to show me this and then i kind of discovered it on my own and what we're going to be doing is showing you the differences in fuel from all of the major different companies so frank if you want yeah if you want to just take a half a cap full of fuel we're going to pour a half a cap full of each kind of fuel on these plates no more than a half a capful there we go we got those two are burning move these back and this is actually going to demonstrate what is left in your fuel let that one burn off after it's done burning no more than a half a capful we want to try to keep it as equal as we possibly can all right guys so this is an actual visual demonstration and this is actually going to show you the differences in the fuel that the fuel companies did not want you to know okay frankie what is this one right here so that is frankie's pre-mixed fuel and this is pure four stroke right here right that's pump fuel okay so what's what we're demonstrating here is what i've learned is there's four different levels of fuel there's your pump fuel there's your non-ethanol pump fuel then there's what's called an engineered fuel which is this bottled stuff here and then there's the next level which is an alkaloid fuel okay and so what we're looking at is when we do this demonstration we've got the red max here this is what's left in your engine so this is a half a capful and this is what this is what's going to be left behind in your engine after you're done burning it this is aspen ford though this is a pure four stroke this is mixed fifty to one this is pure four stroke this is aspen two which is a pre-mixed same as the red max this is a mix to a fifty to one then we have steel and then we have your echo red armor here we have husk varna here now this is called true fuel this is kind of that fuel that's at your big box stores right you're going to find that at wherever you know your cheap boxers this is vp and this is that high performance fuel that if you go to a small engine shop or something like that you're going to probably find a pre-mixed fuel with a name brand like this then they're also going to offer you this and then here is frankie's premixed and here is frankie's four stroke right there so what's that frankie okay so really what we're demonstrating is what's left behind in your engine and the reason that we as we look down the line at the difference in results is the difference in the fuels themselves these are an alkaloid fuel there's only two companies in the united states right now that sell an alkaloid fuel one is steel and the other one is aspen so you're looking at this going this is what's left behind but why would you want to go with an aspen two over a steel all right this is where it can get pretty interesting you guys both steel and aspen have less than typically one percent of those aromatics that contaminate your engine but here's where the difference really comes in place now i did a quick google search and steel comes in at 8.75 roughly per quart and the aspen ii comes in at 559 per quart and when you convert that to a gallon the steel moto mix comes in at 35 a gallon and aspen ii comes in using those same numbers at 22.36 per gallon or roughly aspen two per gallon is about twelve 12.64 less per gallon for the same fuel and it's the and it's the same mix so what makes fuels dirty is the aromatics inside of the fuel and all of these engineered fuels have anywhere from 10 to 20 percent aromatics that's the benzenes that's the chemical compounds that's what you're seeing left behind so when you look at this imagine not just burning a half a capful but imagine burning a whole tank full of fuel through these things imagine what your engine is going to look like now here's something else that's pretty cool that i didn't tell you guys i got uncle tom and my cousin chris and you're an airplane mechanic here the storage life is what i wanted to talk about this fuel once you open this fuel up you know how long you can store it for two years two years you open up one of these it's starting to die off right away it dies off right away you open this up it's good for two years if you see keep it sealed it's good for five years five years sealed wow okay but now think about this if it's good for two years when you put this fuel in your trimmers your blowers you put it in anything that needs fuel your chainsaws at the end of the year you don't have to drain your fuel you don't have to drain your carbs you don't have to to do anything but just put it away raw dog just set it down set it and forget it because the fuel is just as good and it's not going to gum up your carbs it's not going to gum up anything but now it's not designed for everything this fuel is designed more for power equipment and power sports so this is designed for chainsaws gear that we guys use out in the fields or four-wheelers jet skis things like that yeah that's a lot of carbon the actual contaminants are not in the mix that's why we have four stroke in here the actual contaminants are in the bra fuel itself the fuel before the mix goes in so it has nothing to do with how they mix it and has everything to do with the actual fuel itself and that's these are the only alkaloid fuels now in the united states and another thing that's uh frankie and i were talking about off camera that i think is a really relative point frankie this is frankie's fuel can right and it's not quite empty now frankie's gonna probably take this top it off at the fuel station and then take his mix add his mixing on top of it and now instead of being at fifty to one you may be at forty to one thirty to one who knows and what happens is when you got crews that go out day after day after day and they're burning through fuel they may have a quarter tank of fuel left they may have a half a tank of fuel and then they just top it off and then they eyeball it and guess it and pretty soon you have no clue no clue where your mix is at i mean i burned through so many concrete saws because the guys are like oh no i'm mixing it right mixing it right what the heck why is it why are the concrete sauce i can't get a season out of them i can never get a season out of a concrete saw that's a thousand dollar tool getting thrown out i could never get one flipping season out of a thousand dollar tool getting thrown out but now when you start to go with something like this you're always to the 50 to 1 mix always that's really impressive is this right here that four stroke is completely clean dry i mean this one is a little gummy but not bad open it up open this up once this is like unreal gin clear take a look inside of there it has a different smell too right so there was a guy that was doing chainsaw carvings yeah and at the end of the day i talked to him and he we used aspen too for the first time and he goes i got it he says to me i got to tell you he says he takes off his mouth takes off his helmet takes off his gear and he says this is the first time that i've been able to carve all day long and not feel like his eyes were his eyes weren't red his skin didn't feel like it was coated in slime you guys get you know you guys know that feeling if you did this again you'd have twice the soot on that plate you just look at that i mean that's just unreal i mean you can you see that okay but you know that's just unreal your injectors yeah right no more additives no you don't have to use additives just burn this fuel through it it'll start i mean it's not meant to clean your engine but if you're not contaminating your engine it took me two years i was rejected by multiple companies they yeah a lot of companies were like oh yeah we'll do a video with you and i'm like what are you how are you going to prove your results oh we'll just talk about it no no no i want something where i can visually see the differences and they all turn me flat down flat down turn down and when i figured out how to do this test on my own i'm running this independently i'm actually going to be buying i think i think i ordered three 55-gallon drums of this wow and one 55-gallon drum of aspen too that's impressive i'm not messing around i mean it's i can hold it for five years i mean and the weight the weight we might not have gaps that and or it's gonna cost there's rumors that diesel is going to go up to ten dollars a gallon okay see you uncle tom see you chris all right thanks uncle tom i hope you guys thought it was a nice test too that's all right guys i realized that i had measured out all of the engineered fuels those cans those uh fuels in the can and i was pretty precise about that half a capful and frankie measured out the pump fuels the premix premixes premix and the four stroke of his and i don't know if he had gotten it precisely at half of a cap full so to make sure that i had this whole thing apples apples oranges to oranges and one person doing all of the measuring i shut the cameras off i took frankie's pre-mix and frankie's four stroke i put it into a half of a capful put it on plates and lit those on fire to make sure that everything that one person one person had measured all of them across the table and now what we're going to do next is we're going to look at exactly those results so let's check this out we're going gonna do a little bit of a close-up on all of them all right you guys just so we're on the same page let's do a close-up look we've got the red max max fuel here aspen 4 aspen ii steel red armor echo husqvarna true fuel this is the vp that's the dirtiest one i've i've tried this test three times and this is always one of the dirtiest ones frankie's pre-mixed and frankie's for pump gas what kind what octane do you know it's just just whatever the load whatever they put out standard just regular all right no premium or nothing so it's regular gas dude regular gas almost looks cleaner than the so what's that you know the question then is why spend the extra because this is going to cost you more look at your pre-mix looks better than the engineered fuel right it looks better than the engineered fuel that makes no sense to me makes no sense and i'm running mine the same thing as this 50 to one 50 to 1. and this is probably why all those companies wanted nothing to do with me i'm going to guess because it took me two years to figure this out on two years now this is ethanol free yeah this is the big box store stuff this is your specialty store stuff husqvarna echo red max steel aspen to aspen for red max over there all right you guys well hey if a video like this helps you out and you're interested in stuff like this big thumbs up and if you want to see project farm take this to the next level i would love to see what that guy would do with some a demonstration like this that guy really takes everything to the next level so uh say let's let's go let's go project farm say that in the comments down below maybe we'll get him to do something like this and that's all we got for you on this one god bless you guys go get him and i really hope this helps you out yeah no more project farm is our youtube channel where this dude's just like a farmer dude but he takes er he's so scientific i mean it's like crazy how how deep he goes with it like uh you ever seen the show mythbusters yeah he's like the mythbusters for rednecks oh really yeah he just he just lays it up like if you want to know what the best lubricant in he he ain't gonna just kind of do it he's gonna just oh dude he gets into it and he and he does a really really good job on it yeah it's where he's worth checking out for sure
