Final Site Grading and Landscaping

What happens here

After the patio installation is complete, the surrounding site is cleaned up and landscaped. A mini-excavator is used to grade and shape the soil around the patio, creating proper drainage and preparing for a dry creek bed. Large and small river rocks are strategically placed to form the dry creek bed, which is designed to catch and divert water runoff from the house's roof. Mulch is spread in adjacent areas to finish the landscaping.

Goal: Complete site cleanup, grading, and install a dry creek bed for water management.
