To reinstall the toolless cellular blind, first ensure the tabs are in the counter-clockwise, open position. Position the blind by pushing it up against the top of the window frame or ceiling (depending on mounting) until it catches the mounting clips. Once caught, rotate the tabs clockwise to lock the blind securely in place. Ensure the blind is pushed up tightly so it doesn't hang loosely, which would indicate it's not properly locked.
