What happens here

This project provides instructions on how to pre-wet and pre-clean new paint roller covers. This process prevents new rollers, especially inexpensive ones, from shedding lint onto painted surfaces and makes them significantly easier to clean after use.

In this video tip, we're going to show you what we like to do. We got some brand new naps on our rollers. And these roller covers are new, and if you buy inexpensive roller covers, they have a tendency to release lint on your walls. And in order to stop your roller covers from releasing lint and also make them clean up a lot easier, you want to pre-wet your rollers and pre-clean them. So, we just take our wet our brand new roller, take a hose that actually spray a nice good straight stream out of it. We're just going to take spin that roller and just like that. It'll spin it and it'll not put very much water in it and it'll spin it pretty quickly and knock out and clean out any clean loose fibers. Take our 9 in nap. Do the same thing. Turn on our hose. It's just a quick wet of your roller and a quick claim.
