uh front door, a brand new front door, and we're going to be spraying it two colors. We're going to spray it black one side and white on the other side. I'm going to show you the process, how we go about spraying a two-sided door, two different colors in one day. We've got a sprayer set up with a DTM bonding primer that we're going to prime the door with prior to spraying the door. And we're after the primer dries about 15 30 minutes, we're going to spray it with a black exterior satin super paint from Sherwin Williams that we have loaded up right here. Do a light sand of the door with the 3M sanding sponge. It's a brand new door. It's pretty slick, glossy. Light sand. And then we're going to spray our primer on it. We're going to stand it up so we can spray the primer on both sides of it quickly. We're doing the exterior of this house right now also. But so we got a drop set up and masking. So it's a good place to actually prime the door. If you prime one side, you could flip it, turn it, and prime the other side. He was like cocking to the shed or something like that. The primer is now dry. It's been about 15 minutes. The DTM bonding primer is dry. We're lightly sanding the primer prior to spraying our first side, which we're going to spray black. Using a medium 3M sanding sponge to sand the door with Front door is sitting here drying. It's been about a half hour since we sprayed it. We'll be moving it to a new location about an hour to spray the opposite side white. We'll show you that process as soon as we get ready to move it. Using our 440i, Titan 440i to spray the door to use the primer and also spray our top coat. And we're setting our pressure at full pressure. Spraying with a Graco Rack X 310 tip. It's about two hours later. The black's all dry. We stood it up out of the sun so it'll cool off. It's all dry. Now we're going to mask this side using a 3M hand masker and 3M 72 inch film. Going to mask this side off. We're going to have somebody hold this door up and then we're going to spray the opposite side with interior semi- gloss paint. Get two new cardboard shields.
