Install Transformer Pad

What happens here

Install a pre-made pad system for the transformer near the shop building. This pad will serve as a stable base for the large, green pad-mount transformer that converts the high-voltage power to usable voltage for the shop. The cable will be stubbed up through pre-drilled holes in the pad, ready for connection to the transformer once it arrives.

Goal: Prepare a stable base for the power transformer.
