Final Water Test and Cleanup

What happens here

With all new plumbing installed, the internal quarter-turn ball valve is slowly opened to repressurize the line. The external Woodford frost-free hose bib is then opened to check for proper water flow and drainage. All new connections, both internal and external, are thoroughly inspected for any leaks or drips. Finally, the access panel is reinstalled, and the work area is cleaned, completing the repair.

Goal: Verify the new hose bib is functional and leak-free, and tidy up the workspace.
