What happens here

To build a PVC gutter-style waterer, begin by taking a length of 4-inch PVC pipe and cutting it in half lengthwise to form a trough. This can be done with a table saw or circular saw with appropriate safety precautions. Next, create two triangular wooden end caps that fit snugly into the ends of the PVC trough. Secure these wooden ends to the trough using screws. Now, position a 1-inch PVC pipe horizontally above the trough; this pipe will act as the water supply. Drill holes into the bottom of the 1-inch pipe and install nipple waterers, ensuring they are positioned to drip into the newly created trough. This trough should be mounted at a slight angle to allow for water flow and drainage. The trough serves as a drinking surface, while the nipples prevent direct water contamination.

Goal: Construct a PVC trough waterer that catches drips and provides a drinking area.
