I'VE NEVER SEEN THIS HAPPEN BEFORE!...Braided Flex Supply Line Leak!
What happens here
With the water supply off, use an adjustable wrench to loosen the nut connecting the old braided supply line to the underside of the faucet. Then, proceed to loosen the nut connecting the other end of the supply line to the angle stop valve. Once both ends are sufficiently loose, carefully unthread them and remove the old, damaged supply line from its position. Be prepared for a small amount of residual water to drain when disconnecting.
Goal: Remove the old braided flexible supply line by loosening its connections to both the faucet and the angle stop valve using an adjustable wrench.
