What happens here

Cut primed 1x3 pine boards for the stiles and rails of the two cabinet doors. Use a router to create the necessary profiles (e.g., cope and stick, or simply a rabbet for the panel). Cut 1/4-inch MDF panels to fit as the floating inserts for the shaker doors. Assemble the door frames using wood glue and clamps, ensuring squareness. Insert the MDF panels into the routed grooves. The MDF panels allow for a flawless paint finish without wood imperfections.

Goal: Fabricate shaker-style doors for the main cabinet opening using primed pine boards and an MDF panel for the floating insert, routing the edges for a clean look.

time let's get [Music] in this ain't got to cut it so I'm doing the panels right now and like I said they're going to be very narrow so I'm using my bit to create those little bevels inside the Shaker and that's just that's just comical there's not enough meat on the bones there so what I'm going to do instead is I'm going to throw it in my thickness planer shave it all the way down to the flat part here uh and that should work great I would use at this point just a quarter inch panel but this is just a hair over4 inch it's it says exactly qu inch but it's probably like qu inch and a 30 seconds I just don't want it to Rattle I really don't so this is just proof what I'm talking about I have a little quar p inch panel here uh put it in there it's like I said it's like a 302 maybe even a 16th off probably that's a 16th off and there's a trick I saw that you can put these little squishy balls in there on the sides and it keeps it from rattling but my fear is that if that Gap is there and I paint it it's going to delaminate the paint from that panel you know what I mean I'd rather to be like nice snug let me just throw this thing and I'll show
