Test Latch Functionality

What happens here

With the new latch installed and the rods connected, the presenter manually operates the latch handle to check if both internal tailgate latches are functioning. He pushes each rod's connection point to confirm they retract and engage properly.

Goal: Before reassembling the panels, the new latch's operation is tested to ensure both sides of the tailgate mechanism engage correctly.
