Remove Tailgate Inner Panel

What happens here

Once the plastic bed liner is removed, a red metal inner panel is exposed. The presenter identifies four additional screws that secure this inner panel. He removes these four screws using the impact driver, allowing him to lift off and remove the metal panel, fully exposing the internal latch mechanism.

Goal: After the bed liner is off, an inner metal access panel is revealed, which also needs to be removed.
