Glue New Flexible PVC Section

What happens here

Wearing protective gloves, the presenter applies Christy's Red Hot Blue Glue PVC pipe cement to the primed end of the new flexible PVC pipe and the primed interior of the jet fitting. He quickly inserts the pipe into the fitting, performing a quarter turn to spread the cement evenly and achieve a strong, watertight bond, then holds it firmly for 10 seconds to allow initial curing. The process is repeated for the other end of the new flexible pipe, connecting it to a PVC coupling which then joins the existing hot tub pipe. Care is taken to apply glue thoroughly but without excessive dripping, ensuring all joints are completely sealed.

Goal: The prepared new flexible PVC pipe is glued into the hot tub jet fitting and connected to the existing pipe using a PVC coupling, ensuring a secure, leak-proof seal.
