Apply and Wipe Gray Stain

What happens here

Using an oil-based brush, apply a generous coat of the 'Rustic Grey SW3133' stain to the pine planks. Ensure even coverage across the entire surface. Immediately after applying the stain, use a clean rag to wipe off the excess. This technique allows the wood grain to show through, creating a distressed, weathered gray base layer. Continue this process for all the pine planks, working quickly on each piece before the stain dries too much.

Goal: Apply a coat of gray oil-based stain to the pine planks and immediately wipe off the excess to create a semi-transparent, distressed base layer.
