How to install a faucet and reinstall garbage disposal for countertop replacement

What happens here

Carefully insert the disposal flange (with the putty applied) into the drain opening of the new stainless steel undermount sink. Press down firmly from above to seat the flange and ensure the putty seals against the sink surface. Make sure any lettering on the flange (e.g., 'IN-SINK-ERATOR') is correctly aligned and visible from above. The presenter emphasizes that getting this alignment right is crucial, otherwise, it may leak. To ensure the flange stays in place and provides enough pressure for the putty to seal while working underneath, place a heavy object (like the tub of plumber's putty) on top of the flange in the sink basin.

Goal: The prepared disposal flange is installed into the drain opening of the new kitchen sink, ensuring proper alignment and a secure seal.

get all that hooked up and then we stick it through the top of the sink all right so this has some lettering on it you definitely want to make sure that's lined up i will be the first to tell you if you've never heard it i have certainly had to go to somebody's house because the lettering was not lined up correctly i don't know if it was me or somebody else that did it but i've certainly had to do that so that looks good you want to make sure it stays in place this can certainly get tricky putting this in whenever you're by yourself you got it pushed down but you're going to end up applying some pressure from the bottom so i just usually take my big tub of plumber's putty and i'll stick that on top
