have sharp it keeps them on their toes here's an example that I use for constant recruitment here's one of my two dump trucks when that's not burnt up some of you may know that story this sign is on 24 7 I never take it off why is that important well because I always want to make sure that the world knows that I my company is growing it's expanding and I need good people for it you're going to have people that apply for positions that they're really not qualified for you're going to see it time and time again you're going to have people you're going to need a project foreman and you're going to have people that probably have never been a project Foreman apply for that job so what you do in that case is you put in an advertisement for a supervisor or a manager and what you may get is a project Foreman do you see how that works you advertise for the next level up in your company one of the things I want to revert back to you see this pickup truck look at this thing this thing is stickered all over now hiring never comes off just in case they don't see the one in the back now hiring on the sign guess what same thing on the other side um
