Foreman's Resolution and New Request

What happens here

The foreman explains that while the children did a good job and got the work done, it's illegal. He states they can't have the children on the job site anymore. The helper then asks if he can still bring his wife, which the foreman agrees to, humorously adding that she 'fits some Carhartt jeans real good'.
