Extracting the spring honey harvest....Fun and Educational! How small farms harvest honey!

What happens here

With the uncapped frames securely in place inside the extractor, close the lid firmly. Begin turning the hand crank steadily to gradually build up rotational speed. The centrifugal force generated by the spinning motion will cause the honey to be flung out of the cells and against the inner wall of the extractor. Continue spinning at a moderate pace until a significant amount of honey has been visibly removed from one side of the frames. The exact time will depend on the honey's viscosity and the speed of cranking.

Goal: Remove honey from one side of the frames using centrifugal force.
