Drying up a SWAMP yard- start to finish
What happens here
After the rain passes, the tarps are removed. The crew then manually addresses any muddy areas or small depressions caused by the rainfall. Dry soil is brought in with wheelbarrows and spread using shovels and rakes to level out any imperfections. This ensures a perfectly smooth and prepared surface before the sod is delivered. Sod rolls are then transported to the site on pallets using a skid steer loader.
Goal: Ensure a perfectly smooth surface for sod and bring sod to the site.
