Repairing the BROKE Skid steer Grader & Trying NEW tools!

yeah you got it [Music] Thanks up anytime that was all set you guys will have a mini battle on who's on whose get the better camera it was gonna be recording this alright so guys we got set the F and G fun new guy so guys we got stand the boss ever gonna we're gonna be helping each other out we got we've got some repairs to do the last jobsite we broke the sr3 hitting some unknown buried debris so if you guys haven't seen that video make sure you check it out [Music] show up [Music] [Applause] [Music] I love his enthusiasm but did you guys see him doing anything wrong you're just begging for comments you're the one that's gonna have to respond normally when we kick dirt off set we don't kick it off in the driveway we kick it off in the dirt area next to the driveway just say it's uh I gotta give him crap [Music] okay so we got a couple different things we got to repair our Mustang where'd you get it done pretty fast okay what's his birthday he's 63 years old today okay that's pretty cool I mean you know like the little things like when you need the shank but they include the tooth I don't know I like it so I look at those details because those details are like kind of an indicator the overall what you get like it if they pay attention to the detail you you know you're taking care of on the small stuff you know you're gonna be taken care of on the big stuff let's get to this part what do you how do you think we gonna do it so I am under the impression whenever you ask me something to lated or fixing related it's rhetorical all right so I've never worked on this thing before my lab I don't have the foggiest clue so we're gonna pull it apart so once we I think what we're gonna end up doing probably lift it up enough that we can get the shanks to drop down because they're locked into place right you see that yeah one of these is broke that one that one the middle one gotcha so this is the tooth Seth yeah and this whole thing is broke off I think the next step is to figure out how we're going to actually well if you need to raise should probably use the Bobcat itself you think so yeah you know all right the first thing we're gonna do is just pop out the bar we can pull it out from either end this sides closer to the tool chest you want to grab a wrench and voila we'll just see how she slides out well loosen it up on this end we'll slide the bar that secures all the shanks in place out this way actually we're gonna do it the opposite way so we're gonna loosen up this end we're gonna slide it this way because then we've only got four shanks grab me a wrench a wrench grab me a driver and a socket will ya probably five-eighths maybe half inch one what you said coming up I know it's drive socket is I know measurements this is this Walter wrench yes that's the gear inch tool chest gear inches singular there's lots of gear wrenches in here how long do you want this video because you should probably just grab what you're looking for or shall we work that [Music] [Applause] you need a light or a radio or a light radio I don't need a lighter radio or a light radio [Music] okay so that's gonna make it more difficult so this broken one it's bent inside of the housing so that's gonna that's gonna make it more interesting you know one of the problems you got that is that is growing up without any tools I'm still doing it today like right now I got a whole nice help stick to it dude I just I can't [Music] right next to you right I mean you just grab what's right there yeah [Music] hi Seth will you do me a favor yeah will you just pull give me steady pressure sure on that just give me steady pressure just pull not you are don't you know one more that's it we're there that's it we're there okay I was only at 20% there - okay all right all I'm gonna do is lift up and that's that shankha pop out he's like the new one in place and then should be good to go [Music] incredible amount of force perfect okay go yep perfect can't go yep perfect go hold up hold up okay go oh oh oh' yep give her a twist and a yep go for it and we're through push her all the way drive her home and then we can tighten up the nuts want to use the hammer small taps we don't need to kill this yeah getting close good we're good [Music] okay next [Music] you think you would move you know after you did it once and then like three seconds later you do it again [Music] like what you do the video work is just me but using tools or tool companies asking you to try their product so that people see it so it's over like there's nothing wrong with me playing devil's advocate gearwrench sorry if I can see has good products but just a tip you're going to give you all this crap ok well that's you got me did they give you all yes just ask I just did they give you all bit are you recording oh yeah yeah no they gave me all of this I mean I didn't like any of these gearwrench to us whatever I am yeah now I would but no gearwrench gave me all of this stuff because they wanted me to use it in my videos and I never had a good actual set of tools are just a mishmash of whatever whatever I used to I see so many tools here clearly the companies are wanting you to use their product No why wouldn't I yeah I mean if it's a good set of tools why wouldn't I use it right like I've been asked I get hit up probably four five six times a week and it's like hey we'll save you tools if you use it and I'm like I don't I don't want them I don't I don't want your junk I don't I mean maybe they're not Jonah I don't know I don't I just don't I just don't want him I mean I'm gonna use I like gearwrench I have like gear it I'm gonna keep using gear around whether they want to keep working with me or not working with me it doesn't matter I like their tools I'm gonna use it so when I find something like this that I actually like actually put to work on my job site and I think and it's good enough that I feel company when I can say Seth all this go up go out and go bye gearwrench cool set you won't regret it if I can say that to somebody I don't care what the company is right as long as I get that comfort the last thing you want is to say some product [ __ ] I got more to lose narsing a company then I have to gate man when it boils right down to it every time I like a company sends me something and I even show it like even a glimpse of it in a video I'm instantly a sellout right so I don't like to sit and endorse products I don't like to people that need to know good to us cuz when my dad and I when I was growing up we didn't have a lot of money so every time we bought a tool we were investing right and sometimes we won and sometimes we lost but when you're at the point where you can't afford to lose it hurts and so if there would have been like a platform where you could go on their computer didn't exist when I was growing up so there have been like a platform where you could go on and knew what you were getting ahead of time and seeing it in operation and you could go yeah that'll work for me I would have absolutely done it so ya know for sure that's why I love sharing the good and the bad we've got all the teeth changed we've got the shank changed we got the front rakers changed I think I think we're good I don't see anything else that has to be done on this she's ready to go back to work where is this going next same job nope yep yep we'll do another big draining job with it and we'll be good to go well I guess that's our video right thanks for coming out and helping me on this one so that's our gear wrench video I called Seth ah he came out gave me a hand at my birthday so thanks for that buddy preciate later god bless I hope whatever you guys do is if you guys have an awesome day and hope your repairs go well and we will catch you on the next one yes anyone curious this is what's behind that you come out to the next job site with it yes perfect all right I will see him there we'll see you another one [Music] here wrench we're about to use the tools of gear wrench
