Install New Blade

Do you want a Sawmill?
What happens here
Unfold the new blade from its compact, stored position. Be gentle and deliberate, allowing the blade to spring open. Insert the new blade onto the sawmill, ensuring the teeth are oriented in the correct cutting direction (typically pointing downwards for most sawmill operations). Carefully guide the blade onto both large pulleys and through the blade guides, making sure it sits flush with the rear of the pulley, as indicated by an internal belt that the blade rides on. Once the blade is loosely in place, apply a slight tension using the tensioning handle until you feel a small amount of resistance. Spin the pulleys by hand a few times to help the blade settle into its correct position on the guides.
Goal: Install the sharp new sawmill blade.
