Do you want a Sawmill?
What happens here
Mill the first slab from the log using the dull blade. Observe the cut for ripple marks, which indicate a dull blade. A dull blade also causes the saw to 'bog down' and make a distinct 'singing' noise. To prepare for a clean second cut, use a Toro 60-volt Flex Force Chainsaw to cut off any protruding 'knobs' or irregularities on the log. This creates a cleaner edge for subsequent cuts and prevents the sawmill blade from encountering obstacles. Then, proceed to make the second cut with the dull blade to remove another slab.
Goal: Observe the effects of a dull blade and prepare the log for better cuts.
