Do we Fire him?

What happens here

Following logistical issues with the initial hauling truck, a new quad-axle dump truck arrives on site. This truck first delivers a load of structural fill dirt, which is strategically dumped near the pool basin. Afterwards, the excavator operator meticulously loads the broken concrete pieces into the back of this blue dump truck. Great care is taken to avoid scratching or damaging the truck's bed and sides with the excavator's bucket, as this is a new or rented vehicle. The concrete debris, including rebar, is efficiently moved from the pool basin into the truck for off-site disposal.

Goal: Deliver structural fill and load remaining concrete debris for transportation, avoiding damage to the hauling vehicle.

but we've still got to figure out what's going on with our own dump truck so we hire the truck to haul dirt in and then we pay him to haul our concrete up so we're used to working over the back of our own truck which is kind of beat up and you know you get a little sloppy every now and then and it's not a big deal but this is not our truck it looks too new to scratch up and so if you watch real close you'll see that tim's got to be pretty careful with that thumb and he doesn't forget to pull that back so he doesn't nick the box we're also buying structural field to place into the pool so we don't want to haul any dirt out since we're paying to haul dirt in so we take a little bit extra time to make sure that the concrete goes out stays as clean as possible
